STAGE SIX – PROCUREMENT

We will organise and assist in the selection of a builder, and other contractors, by tender or interview.

We will obtain costs for the work.

STAGE SEVEN – ADMINISTRATION AND OBSERVATION OF CONTRACT WORKS

As your building is being constructed we will monitor and report on the progress of the work.

We will make periodic site visits to assess and report on compliance with consent documents

We will coordinate and prepare final payment schedules

We will assemble maintenance manuals if required.
